Widest Tires on Stock 19's?

Does anyone know what the widest tires front and rear we can run on the stock 19's? It looks like there's room to go wider and it would be nice to improve handling and hopefully help make the wheels look more flush w/ the fenders. Thanks,

Tires will not make the wheels look more flush with the fenders. Wheel spacers or different offset and wider wheels can only do that. However 275's can fit on the front wheels and 305's can fit on the rear wheels. I personally would not go that wide because it will pich the sidewalls and make the response more squirmy.

If you want a more flush look I would put on spacers. They will save you money in the long run, instead of putting new tires. Link below for spacers

Well as far as making the wheels look more flush, I just figured wider tires would help fill out the fenders a little more, not physically move the wheels out. Either way it's not a big deal. I would like to improve handling and figured going a little wider couldn't hurt. Maybe not going the widest, but somewhere in between. Maybe 275's in the front and 285's rear?

I currently have 275 front 305 rear. The tread is wider but visually it doesn't appear to fill the wheel arch any more. The turn-in is precise and there is no swirming. Probably the only thing that gets worse is road noise and tramlining.

You're running 275 on 9" front and 305 on 10" rear? I'm surprised, but encouraged, by the fact that it rides well like that. I was a little bit concerned about putting 285's on my 10" fronts when the Forgestars get here, but now not so much

According to the manufacturer tire specs, the recommended rim width for 275mm is between 9-10", with the ideal being 9.5". For a 18x10" rim the perfect tire size is considered to be 285mm, could go 295mm but that would be overkill.

So... would you recommend just keeping the same tire size? Or would it be okay to go bigger? Or is it unnecessary?

According to tirerack.com 275/30/19 fits on 9-11" rim. 305/30/19 fits 10.5-11.5" rim.

The 370z uses 9" front, 10" rear. Corvettes uses 9" front and 10" rear. I ran 275 fronts and 305 rears on my Corvette for 40,000 miles and they looked better and handled better than the stock 245 front, 275 rears.

The stock tires look funny on the wheel because front tread width is 8.1". Thre rear thread width is better at 10.2". I expect tires to have wider tread width than wheel.
