I wish I could. She would impale herself on the parking structure ramp at the Outrigger, Ward, and Queens. Make ridiculous noises going over the Ala Moana speed bumps, and keep me from getting into my condo. I guess I could move?
So I guess thats a no.

I want to go with Michelin PSS, 255/40/19 front and 295/35/19 rear on stock 19" Sport Package Rays. Will I need spacers?

So I picked up some SSR SP3 19X9.5 +12 245/40/19 and 19X11.5 +11 285/35/19 what would you guys suggest for a meaty set up.. I'll be dropped on Swift Spec Rs with SPL rear camber arms and toe bolts.. Would like to keep things as close to factory specs for camber and toe as possible.. Thanks

based on your offsets and wanting to keep it relatively close to factory..

305 in the rear and 245 front is about what i would say. You could go a step bigger front and back, but may require some more camber. Of course.. every manufacturer is slightly diff. The Neova AD08's are wider than the hankook v12 for example despite the same spec.

Why would the few millimeters in difference in the 275 cause more under steer as compared to a 245 with the 305 in the rear... I am not being a smart *** I am truly curious... Is it because of the rear wheel drive? I run 255 up front on 20x9 and 275 rear on a 10.5...but I am on a front wheel drive platform...

that few MM will have less tire contact, which will make it push more rather then plant the car on the ground and go. I mean its your car so its your deal but with me personally I never do more then a 20mm stagger, if any.

Ive actually seen on the my350z where people in the road racing section talk about on a square setup still having understeering problems while being pushed on the track...saying they wanna try putting a 285 R 305 F to rotate more. No one ever tried it. People are rocking 315/30/18 Hoosiers though, thats probably a fun ride around a track!

then what do you suggest on the factory nismo wheels? id like to add some width to my factory set up. the stretched tires i have with my 245/285 set up looks weak. im not tracking the car so the over steer wont be too noticeable.
