Lips would be approx Front: 3" outer Rear: 4.5" outer It will raise it off the ground a little bit. I don't think it will be that noticeable.. (just lower it more  )325/35/20 gives you a 3.2" sidewall its not all that thin here is a picture of a 325/25/20 on a 12
