Do i need to put back these Bolt things from wheel hub

Shamelessly posting in General section because I'm working on this outside right now and need advice. When I got aftermarket wheels for winter, they required I take these bolts off

Default Do i need to put back these Bolt things from wheel hub

Shamelessly posting in General section because I'm working on this outside right now and need advice.

When I got aftermarket wheels for winter, they required I take these bolts off from two wheels (I think front wheels).

Do I need to put them back for the OEM Rays?

Thank you
