Of course hard to judge like this, but based on what I have seen on my car and on a friend's Z (both cars had more wear on the inside then outside, even though both cars are used for the occasional trackdays and a full autox season), I'd say you don't have enough rear camber. But I don't know whether the rear camber is adjustable at all.
