All of the summer tires I've dealt with are OK in the upper 30's/low 40's as long as it's dry. And by "OK" I mean, you should be cautious but

All of the summer tires I've dealt with are OK in the upper 30's/low 40's as long as it's dry. And by "OK" I mean, you should be cautious but the car is driveable.
When it's wet, if it's below 50, be extra careful. 37 and rainy? Take the bus.
