I like my 18s,
 but you should just powdercoat the stockers and be done if you don't want to spend a lot of money. If you want a lip, the S-tune wheels have a nice rear one and a decent front one, and can also be powdercoated black:

Those S-Tunes are some sweet wheels mike, what they run you? Powder coating was my first thought, but if some sweet wheels like those are whitin reach I wouldnt mind dishing out some $
