How would i remove this?

WD-40 takes off tar well and absolutely won't hurt your paint. Goof-Off is pretty aggressive, solvent based and will melt some paints and most plastics, however Goo-Gone is mild, citrus

WD-40 takes off tar well and absolutely won't hurt your paint. Goof-Off is pretty aggressive, solvent based and will melt some paints and most plastics, however Goo-Gone is mild, citrus based, doesn't hurt most stuff and works pretty well. Car wax and a rag would take a long time if it's thick and stuck on there.
