Just to share with everyone else, i just got an update from Rick regarding on my wheels. As predicted, he informed me that due to some problem in the shipment company, the wheels will be shipped next Tuesday... how typical... here's the quote from his message:

"Just went the shipping company at the airport.
Your total weight is 350lbs
all parts,wheels tires
Cathay pacific told us to repack everything and take all air inside the tires out.Due to the pressure.So we missed your fright today.So Tues is the next fright going to Malaysia
You let me know.Do you want me to still ship it?"

1. Im sure Rick has done a few international export & it looks like he never had any experience in doing it.. If he knew the procedure there wont be such problems. & as far as i can remember, i never ask Rick to mount the tires to the wheels.

2. He's sending it over to Malaysia??? Hey Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia are two different countries....

Im getting tired of this BS... Just give me back my money!! I want to spend it to a "hassle-free" vendor.

I advise everyone to go through their bank and try to get their money back. Explain the whole situation and provide all correspondence from the vendor. It's worth a shot... they might be able to refund you the money and leave the bank to deal with the vendor.

P.S. I ordered some new wheels from Ravspec as well ^_^

He knows damn well what he's doing. It's all excuses. The guy has supposively been in business for 10 years. Like you said, I'm sure this isn't the first time he's shipped internationally. This is a very shady company and if Rick doesn't come up with answers soon I will be filing a law suit as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau

Sux it had to end like this for some of you (if not all) but it could also be a good thing too that the wait is gone.

I've been with some of you from the beginning til now and to see y'all wait this long and come up empty handed is just sad. Y'all have given Rick more than enough chance(s) to make things right but he didn't deliver. Despite the "free stuff" or "discounted price" he's giving y'all isn't worth the extended wait IMO.

By then if i receive no official solid tracking number by the end of the day, i will escalate the dispute to paypal claim.. So its up to paypal to decide..

This will be the last chance!! I dont care if the shipping company can only send all the stuff the next day or the next minute after Tuesday.. i dont want to listen any of those bull reasons.... 10 Months Rick... 10 Months!! I will only clear the dispute once the items arrived to me and are all in the box. Just incase some are missing or damaged. I will give you my word that i will close the dispute once im satisfied with all the items.. cause if any problems arose, i wont be able to open another dispute & may be a loss to me. This is the case only if i receive the tracking number by next Tuesday 31st May 2011.

Firstly it took over a year to receive my parts.... When you indicated 8 weeks hmmm also all my quotes from you were to my door including duties/taxes but that never happened did it? I ended up paying over $700aud to clear the shipment over here plus then delivery to my address:shakes head: you had promised to pay me that and still have the emails to prove it! "so still have not received that" also for the massively excessive delay in my order you also promised a takata intake and engine kit and body kit which is all well and good to say what you've done and what you plan to do for me, but until I see any of this, talk is cheap.
Also in regards to the kit u say i already got, your right i have, and i payed for that in full through andrew harrell which u had no contribution too, I have since sold that kit!.
However I did tell you I do not care about the intake aslong as I receive this bodykit that you have promised me........also I should note that I cancelled my financial complaints against your business with my bank, as a result of your promise to fullfill our arrangement of the bodykit.
So if you could please forward me the tracking number of the current air freight by tuesday night would be much appreciated.

Informed me that the wheels were on its way to the US back in December 2010 and shud arrive in the US sometime in January 2011... When asked about the wheels, all kind of reasons came out... Lucky i didn't close the dispute ( i was thinking either way he had 90 days to come up with wheels before the dispute ended, or i can just send payment again). because i know that's what Rick was hoping for. disputes can't be reopen if it's close.

I just offered to pay for the shipping myself via Fedex and never got a reply...I don't see how he could decline that offer unless there aren't any wheels to be shipped..

90 days wow..... My dispute will be opened for 20 days only... So if items doesnt arrive by then, will escalate to paypal claim.. 20 days is more then enough for Rick to make the shipment to me.. Nevertheless he once mentioned shipping by air only takes less than a week.. So will see if thats true...

Yeaah poor us... shudve gotten a big discount for the wheels... increment of 5% discount every month delayed after the promised delivery date.... 10 months = 50% WoW :yum: i guess the admin should implement such policy to vendors to avoid such incident like this... just a suggestion tho
