Lightbulb Ichiba V2 20mm spacers for front. (help)

Sup fellas, I ran into a problem last night while installing my springs and spacers. I read a thread that the above spacer will fit 20mm all around with the bolts mounted on them already. The backs when on fine but when I tried to do the fronts. There was one extra metal stem/screw/lug that stuck out from the rotor. This was preventing me from being able to put the spacer on. Did I buy the wrong set of spacers for the front? Please help. I want to put 20mm up front also without having to change the stock lugs or extend them (hence the reason why I got the spacers with the bolts already attached). Please help me out. Thank you.

that little bold is just to help people not put the rear wheels on the front all you need to do is take it off.

Thumbs up

Let me get this straight so that size 10 or 12mm bolt will just come off with the entire metal stem? If so I'll give it a try.. Thanks fellas +rep for both of ya!
