The TPMS needs to have its ID registered with the ECU to function properly. Any reputable tire & wheel shop should have the required sensor activation tools and will most likely charge a lot less than a Nissan dealer.
I've read some "tricks" on a G35 forum for doing it yourself without the activation tool, but I don't have much faith in what I've read and even if it did work, it would be at your own risk... |
