For street I've had sucess with both patch and plugs. If its a small nail I would just plug it from the outside using ample rubber cement. But 1/4" is too close to the sidewall. Also talk to your insurance if you have low deductable. These tires run $300 a pop + mount balance.
Make absolutely sure the tireshop you take to can remove and mount without scrathing the wheels. |
