So I'm gonna guess I DON'T have wheel locks installed according to this picture? Because according to my invoice, they charged me $169 for the wheel locks they supposedly installed.

So I'm gonna guess I DON'T have wheel locks installed according to this picture? Because according to my invoice, they charged me $169 for the wheel locks they supposedly installed. At this point I won't be surprised if they didn't even fill my tires with nitrogen which they charged me $99 for.
