spare tire and patched tire questions
So recently had a flat and thought I'd see if anyone has the answer to the questions I've always wondered.
How many miles does the spare last? In my case I had to put roughly 100miles on it. It was unavoidable due to the location where the flat first happened. Can I still use this spare later on or should I order a new one from Nissan? With a patched tire how safe is it under racing conditions? I don't do anything crazy but should the car exceed 100mph is there going to be a problem? Also I auto-x occasionally, is this okay? The tire shop said it was fine but the kid was no older than 18years old. Just want to make sure that the patch will hold. Thanks |
