As long as your suspension drop is reasonable and the offsets on the wheels are not set too far out ....... absolutely! It provides better balance to match the 305's in the rear. Or a reasonable square tire width setup for the track when matched with a 285/35/19. Plus you won't need a radical negative camber to make it fit. -1.5 camber or less should work.

If done right, I'm sure a 285/35/19 will also fit in the front and I just may try it this spring to see how it works

FYI: I have the Nismo suspension with a 1/2" drop and -1.2 camber all around.
