So the wheel lug nut snapped in two on my passenger side rear wheel. Can I replace it with a regular lug? Or do I need to buy a new

Can I replace it with a regular lug? Or do I need to buy a new wheel set lock???? Any help would be appreciated. Dealership wants $49.00 for a new set. New set? or replace with Lug.
