Wheel Rims Coating Problem

I went to the dealer today...he looked at my wheels and checked all of them.. only one was peeling ..which I think was a sign I did not use abrasive

I went to the dealer today...he looked at my wheels and checked all of them.. only one was peeling ..which I think was a sign I did not use abrasive cleaners,.,.and he agreed to replace them..
