Nothing.

Apparently they are just not making the Titanium lugs for the stock 19" Rays for an undisclosed reason.

Which really SUCKS! It just seems to me that the MASSIVE amount of requests for this would grant making them. Hell, I would be all about getting mulitple colors if only they would!
