So to get close to that you need to run 10mm spacer as well then you will be +8. I'm running same wheels 19x10.5 +8 rear already with no spacer and I would say it's perfect. You'll need to do that to match the front offset which is more aggressive than the rears so the fronts will look like they stick out more if you don't put a spacer in the rear. My fronts are +30 offset right now but I bet your +17 up front will be poking out just a tad. It should look perfect if you plan to lower the car an inch or so.
