 I used these: Project Kicks R40 Ironic they are "two-piece" in that the part that contacts the wheel mounting surface is can rotated freely with the hex-shaped body which you rotate to tighten. It saves some scratching when mounting wheels. Multiple color options available. The finish has held up multiple uses over several years. Z1 calls them "impact gun friendly" although I suspect hand tighten/untighten will be infinitely safer.
