My favorite tire. I run Conti all seasons in the winter and their summers in the non-winter.

Do you require an all weather tire like that?

I guess I don't really need an all season tire per say but I do like the car to be able to be driven safely in the rain. It doesn't snow where I live. It rains a fair amount for California.

You might want to check out the Conti ExtremeContact Sport if you don't need a true all season. It will be more optimized for a warmer (no snow) climate.

I’ve been using the extreme contact sports and they’ve been good, coming off of some Bridgestone potenza s04 that had a few track days on em. Unfortunately I didn’t get to track the extremes last season and now this summers not looking so good either since a lot of events cancelled. For Ca you do not need an all season tire unless your taking your Z to Tahoe in winter which I really wouldn’t suggest anyway. Look at the wet rating or tire racks wet test on the extreme contact sport and you’ll see it has very high marks and I personally will say it’s better in the wet than the Bridgestone were (it was noticeable) in the dry I haven’t pushed em hard enough to say and now they have a new tire out that looks to be replacing it so that may be my next tire before a track event.

The Sport does look like a tire more suited for the Z. I think I'll go with them!
I appreciate the advice.

Yep if snow isn’t a factor, ECS is a better choice.

I had a set of these for winter tires, I liked them the first year. They were not at all good in the snow the second year but still good in the wet. They got really loud as they wore down. They did not last as long as the Michelins they replaced. I am hard on tires, I drive hard, corner hard, power slide, fishtail, ect. Your results may vary. I run 18" by 8.5 Enkei for my winter wheels.
