Front was 18x10 +20 not sure about camber but I think around -3.3, Rears are 18x11 +18 with 10mm spacer (effectively +8) so if I want to get a similar look with 12 inch wheels, it would be +20.

This is why I suggested the more aggressive offset in front at the beginning

well im running 9.5 et 15 right now and 10 et35 will bring it in 14 mm and im running 10.5 et15 in the rear so 12 et 27 will come out 7 mm so that will be perfect for me. my only concern is if a 12 et 27 will clear the strut housing

like an inch taller than stock . . .

you need a 315/25 or 325/25

and some rear suspension arms

and some new front wheels
