9.5 is the width of the rim. Adding a spacer does not change the widths of the rim, it only changes the offset. So instead of 40, it will be

Adding a spacer does not change the widths of the rim, it only changes the offset. So instead of 40, it will be 30. 9.5 is way to narrow for the rear.
