Stock Tire Performance?

Hey guys. This is a question probably more for the north east coast folks. I recently changed my tires to all-season. I purchased the Continental DWS 06 with new wheels. My original plan was to keep the stock tires for summer but two things is making me doubting myself: 1) After the hassle of getting those tires home (my car plus my cousin’s coupe) from the shop it’s not an experience I want to go through with him again. I feel like I’m bothering him. 2) I had the shop transfer my TPMS because I didn’t want to buy new ones. Due to this, the mounting is not simply switching tires. And after seeing thread here on how to do it I don't think I can do this myself or want to take the chance.

So the question is does the stock tire really make a difference at this point or my all-season will be just fine during summer? We barely get snow now but I got the DWS just in case.
