Tires wearing super fast...Help!!

As I understand it from what I know from personal experience, the shop should be able to warranty them out regardless of their standing as a retailer or not. But

But I also haven't had to make a claim like that before. And yes. Any work done in a shop should always have a paperwork trail. I've seen that go wrong a few times now.
