Copy and paste from manual

Front and rear wheel size for this model differs, t
herefore special pin (1) is adopted to the front brake disc
rotor (2). And a hole (3) that matches to this pin
is adopted to the front wheel (4) (the rear wheel does not
have this wheel). This structure prevents the rear
wheel from being mistakenly installed on the front

Actually Huck is correct, too. Unscrew, take off the sleeve, screw the bolt back in to remove a rotor when servicing/replacing in case it is stuck. I've done it before and works.
