Default Enkei Raijin 19's

Does anybody have Enkei Raijin 19's on their Z? I've been doing a lot of research for an aftermarket 19 that isn't insanely heavy and reasonably priced. The Raijin are only 23 lbs. each vs. 25-30 lbs for most of the other wheels I've found.

I currently have the Touring 18's with OEM Potenza RE50A. The Raijin with Michelin Pilot Super Sports will be same total weight up front, and save 3 lbs. in the rear.

My plan was 19x8.5 up front with 35 mm offset and 19x9.5 in rear with 15 mm offset. By my calculation, they'll sit out a bit from the OEM 18's, but still inside the fenders by about 8 mm to the tire lip.

Anyhow, I can't seem to find pictures of anyone with these wheels, so post a pic if you have them! Thanks!

meh, pass on those enkei's. too narrow and too heavy for those widths.

my weds and nismo wheels are 22-23lbs, much wider.

For a little bit more you can get the WedsSports SA-15R. Will fit the Z better and they are also lighter.

19x9.5 +25 (21lbs) | 19x10.5 +25 (21.5lbs) | $1,600 SHIPPED

Includes Center Caps and Valve Stems. I can possibly throw in some lugs as well.

Those wheels wheels are nice, and I like the weight savings, but the fronts stick out too far. 1 1/2 inches further out than stock, which would put them outside of the fenders. I'm just not a fan of that offset. I'd rather they sit just a hair in from the fenders.

Thanks for the suggestions! I guess nobody has the Raijin wheels.

go with the nismo 19's (not the s-tunes). perfect fit for base, no lowering needed.

We can likely fit the Enkei Rajin in 19x9.5 +35 in front and 19x9.5 +15 in rear for a flusher than stock fitment, while keeping everything inside the fenders!

Sent you a PM with some info!

Nice wheel but too narrow for a 370z in the available sizes

Mine are actually in boxes. they couldn't get my rain tires on them, so they were unusable.

OK so since most folks are saying the Raijin are too narrow, I want to make sure I'm doing my calculations correct! Sorry for the long post...

I currently have the OEM 18" Touring wheels on my roadster. They are:

- Front: 18x8 + 43 mm offset with 225/50R18 Bridgestone Potenza RE50A (48.0 lbs. total -> wheel 21.0 lbs + tire 27.0 lbs.)

- Rear: 18x9 + 15 mm offset with 245/45R18 RE50A (52.5 lbs. total -> wheel 24.5 lbs. + tire 28.0 lbs.)

I used a level to measure the gap from the tire lip to the fender at wheel center.

- Fronts sit 7/8 inch (22 mm) in from fender
- Rears sit 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) in from fender

I do not like the look of wheels/tires that stick out past the fenders. I do not plan to lower my car. I want to step up to 19" diameter wheels. I'd like to reduce total tire+wheel weight if possible, esp. rear.

So in searching for aftermarket wheels, I've been trying to get from the OEM (too far inboard) setup to closer to the fenders... maybe 5 mm in.

The Raijin 19" I was looking at:

- Front: 19x8.5 + 35 mm offset with 245/40R19 Michelin Pilot Super Sport (48.1 lbs. total -> wheel 23.1 lbs. + tire 25.0 lbs.)

- Rear: 19x9.5 + 15 mm offset with 275/35R19 Super Sport (49.0 lbs. total -> wheel 23.1 lbs. + tire 25.9 lbs.) A 3.5 lbs. savings!!

This is how I estimated fit to fender:

Protrusion Compared to OEM =(OEM Offset mm - Aftermarket Offset mm)+(((Aftermarket wheel Width Inches - OEM Width Inches)/2)*25.4)

Raijin Front = (43 - 35) + (((8.5 - 8)/2)*25.4) = 14.35 mm further out than OEM, so about 8 mm in from fender.

If I did the 19x9.5 + 35 in front = (45 - 35) + (((9.5 - 8)/2)*25.4) = 29.1 mm further out than OEM, so 7 mm outside of fender.

I think I did that right, but if not let me know!!

One more just for fun... since WedsSport was suggested.

The WedsSport SA-55M could work well:

Front: 19x9 + 38 mm offset = (43 - 38) + (((9.5 - 8)/2) *25.4) = 17.7 mm further out than OEM, 4.5 mm in from fender.

Rear: 19x10.5 + 24 mm = (15 - 24) + (((10.5 - 9)/2) * 25.4) = 10 mm further out, 2.7 mm in from fender.
