One more just for fun... since WedsSport was suggested. The WedsSport SA-55M could work well: Front: 19x9 + 38 mm offset = (43 - 38) + (((9.5 - 8)/2) *25.4)

One more just for fun... since WedsSport was suggested.
The WedsSport SA-55M could work well:  Front: 19x9 + 38 mm offset = (43 - 38) + (((9.5 - 8)/2) *25.4) = 17.7 mm further out than OEM, 4.5 mm in from fender. Rear: 19x10.5 + 24 mm = (15 - 24) + (((10.5 - 9)/2) * 25.4) = 10 mm further out, 2.7 mm in from fender.
