Why are the stock wheels not symmetric (right/left sides)?

Lol.. I get that it's the same wheel.. I just figure that for balancing purposes as well as air flow.. They should be mirror images of each other (right/left).. I

I just figure that for balancing purposes as well as air flow.. They should be mirror images of each other (right/left).. I guess they decided it wasn't that important an just made one single wheel.. To that I say.. Make it a symmetrical wheel then.. Hopefully I explained myself better this time around..
