Cracked spacer...how big of a problem is this?

I'd take it off and send it back to ichiba for a replacement. May not have caused any issues yet but I doubt you'd want it to finally give you

May not have caused any issues yet but I doubt you'd want it to finally give you a big issue while you're cruising on the freeway or something.
