I have a buddy of mine who is in Vegas now helping his sister move. He said that she mentioned Aliante as well. Thanks for the info flynushi!

Aliante is the best bang for your buck right now as far as home prices go. Nice area, quiet, everything is new. Only downside is that it doesn't have as many restaraunts/commercial areas as say Summerlin. I have lived in Aliante for 4 years now and love it. Plus it's less than 10 miles from Las Vegas Motor Speedway

I live in Vegas, but I don't have my Z yet.

I'm looking to get mine in around March next year - still working on that down payment. So can't wait though - it's all I think about, I think the wide is already sick of me talking about it and I don't even have it yet.

As soon as I get it though I'll be fully down for meets and cruises.

I keep seeing a gorgeous black Nismo 370Z parked outside the Tropical Smoothie opposite Sushi Tower on Grand Canyon and Flamingo. They must work in that lot but I haven't spotted the owner yet. Anyone on this forum by any chance?

It's a 2007, white one. It's actually my wife's car, I just moved to US from UK in April this year to live with her, so I technically don't have my _own_ car. Getting the 370 next year and can't wait.

How's the 2011 model? You enjoying it? I saw one at SEMA - seemed pretty nice. Very similar to the older one though.
