Recommendation for bodyshops?
 

Does anyone have any recommendations of good bodyshops? I have a fujimura front bumper to be sprayed, custom fenders sprayed, fujimura side diffusers cleaned and cleared, mines add on deck spoiler cleaned and cleared, power house amuse rear bumper with carbon accents sprayed and carbon cleaned and cleared. Wanting it blended in or a full respray. I have a light crease in drivers rear fender to fix and a few rock chips on the hood from having it 5 years. I'm pretty picky and want a good job but don't want to over pay for a good job. Any good experiences or shops u can point me in the right direction of will be much appreciated.

Pfdaxe: who are u having paint your front bumper? U painting and putting it on or blending it in?

Anyone ever go to the Mixteca car show Saturdays on 67th and Bell? I go up there sometimes and I am always the lone 370.

Also anyone know a good hydro printer in town?

I haven't heard of that show and I'm right down the street from there. If the weather holds out, we're thinking about heading to Pavilions this Saturday.

I may or may not be at Pavs this weekend, not sure. The GF has some crossfit show/event/something she wants to attend and I'm not sure what time it ends.

If we do end up going, I'll let you know and you can hear the Berk system. We took a ride up to the Grand Canyon yesterday, the long way through Prescott. :driving: Such awesome curves and beautiful exhaust sounds. :drool:

I hadn't heard of a show being there.

I know that's where we used to hang out in our street racing days once we got kicked out from our other spots. :icon17:

What time does that show start? And what type of crowd/vehicles show up?

Pretty much every Sat night. (a lot of Fridays too) There are all types of cars. Mostly classic but a good mix too. It is like a small, less stuffy version of the Pavillions show. I used to meet up with some nova folks up there. However, all of our old cars are apart. Depends on the weather when people get there. We went from about 6 to 8 this last weekend. I will not get there until 7 ish the weekend. I have to work until then.

Since I drove the Zed today, I think I'll have time to stop by at Apex around 3 today for a quote ;)

Didn't make it to Apex today. But, I did find a tint guy that does clear bras. Quoted me $250 for the bumper which is a great price. One place quoted $600 since it's an aftermarket bumper (can't use a pre-cut bra). Once I get the bumper color sanded next week, it's bra time! I have to repaint and bra my hood also since it has some scratches and chips, but that'll have to wait until after our Vegas road trip next month...

Took sat night off. May hit the Pavillions. Anyone going?

We're still thinking about it. We're heading to Casa Grande mid-day to hang with friends, so it's up to the Mrs. when we get back

It depends on what time we get out of this crossfit event, but highly unlikely. Esp. since I won't be driving and there will be alcohol available. :P

If no one is going we may end up just going to 67th and bell. WAY closer to us.

Have anyone been to Pitstop Performance to work on your car? How was your experience with them? Im planning to have someone to install my Fast Intention exhaust and test pipe.

Anyone know a good/cheap shop for vehicle wraps? I already have the vinyl wrap and I was thinking about letting someone professionally wrap it instead of wrapping it myself. Also I'm located in Chandler, preferably somewhere close by.

I'm teaching at the academy (first day), so we prob be over there around 7ish. Maybe a bit before. It all depends what time I finish. It's sometimes tough to get a good spot that late, but I usually muscle my way in :tiphat:

We stayed until about 8:30 and then my wife said I had to take her out to dinner. I saw one 370 out there. Not sure if it was anyone here.

We were there for a couple hours. Probably 7:30 til around 9:30. Found a great spot, popped the hood and walked around. Had lots of people asking questions and taking pics. Great crowd...

I saw your car, parked in the center isle by the wrapped GTR. (I think) I didn't know who owned the car. I was walking around with my wife and my buddy Tony. You can't miss him, 6'5" ginger with a American flag tattood on his arm. lol

Well, I made the mistake of not getting off on Shea... I was stuck in that traffic for about an hour to get off at Via de Ventura. We just ate at BDubs and then went to the Scottsdale dealerships.

I really f'd up the night by missing that exit.

Quick plug. Myself and a few other Nismo 350z's are planning on heading up to South Mountain at 9am in the morning on saturday. I know of another Nismo coming from Cars and Coffee in the morning to head up to South Mountain. Hit me up, PM me if you guys want to join. It would good to have some 370's in the mix.

Hopefully C&C happens tomorrow. It's supposed to be a very good chance of rain, so we'll see.

That may change what's possible for the day. :(

Why does it always have to threaten rain (and most of the time follow through) on the first Sat. of the month? :mad: :mad:

I saw a few Z's out at Pavs, including a new 2015 Nismo. :drool: That thing looks pretty sweet - minus the wheels and the lips on the front and rear fenders. I think it could do without those, IMO.

...and my Z was so dirty. :wtf2: I didn't have time to wash it after it got caught out in the storm Thursday night.

How come everytime I go to the Pavs I never see any Z's :(
