I wanted a duckbill from them before but they really dropped the ball with a lot of the member's orders here.
but from what I gathered Fly1 will honour your purchase if you buy thru them; meaning they'll chase down your order for you so you don't have to deal with AeroJacket's bs.
As for your order... I'm really not sure. I think your last resort is a charge back?
