Ordered aerojacket spoiler
 

So i made the mistake of ordering a aerojacket part not knowing of their customer service i order a week ago before i ordered they responded so quick but after my money was taken i have received no information on my part no tracking number i sent countless emails i dm them on fb seen the message no reaponse im starting to get worried is there a number i can call or something please help plus i ordered with my credit card is there any way to get a refund and also does anyone have experience with fly1 and can say if they take long to fullfil there orders? Thanks

Known vendor that takes forever to ship things out... ( if they even ship out .. ? )
I wanted a duckbill from them before but they really dropped the ball with a lot of the member's orders here.

but from what I gathered Fly1 will honour your purchase if you buy thru them; meaning they'll chase down your order for you so you don't have to deal with AeroJacket's bs.

As for your order... I'm really not sure. I think your last resort is a charge back?

Im going to try to call my bank tomo try to see if they can do anything and as for fly1 how long is the shipping time

It's too bad about aerojacket. I liked their parts when they were still an active vendor. For now, I would call your cc company and do a charge back asap. Fly1 is very much active on this board, Fb and instagrams so you be able to reach them for shipping estimate.
