Stay OUT of boost and keep it at part throttle. Even out of boost, unless you are running low CR pistons, at high altitude, and in ambient temps below 70* F, DO NOT REV UP TO REDLINE. In the immortal words of "owl-stewie", "take it sloooowwww". As in total granny driving.
Take a leisurely cruise at low speeds, burn up 3/4 of a tank, and fill with the highest octane available at a pump (100 if you can find it). Drive ever so slightly more normally, burn through another half a tank, fill with 93 AKI, and all should be fine. Only other option is siphoning...
