I'd siphon out as much as I could and then gently drive to the gas station for a fill up. Give it a few minutes of gentle driving to clear

I'd siphon out as much as I could and then gently drive to the gas station for a fill up. Give it a few minutes of gentle driving to clear any low-octane gas from the system and you should be OK. Might want to wait until the next fill up before going WOT.
