They don't have the tuned rom to look at, they don't know the car. Also they don't really have any obligation to go out of their way to help because they didn't take his money. MAC autosport did. The OP needs to go back to the shop that tuned it and first ask politely then if they still won't help (should be no additional charge since this is obviously an issue with the tune they did) raise hell.
