Whats up with retunes?

It seems like a few people are getting their cars retuned but they hadn't changed any mods. I thought tune is 1 and done if not changing mods? Is it

Default Whats up with retunes?

It seems like a few people are getting their cars retuned but they hadn't changed any mods. I thought tune is 1 and done if not changing mods? Is it due to weather, factory ecu, altitiude...........

Can be a lot of factors.
First tune was "good" but later found out a lot of things were do incorrectly or not to the best of their ability (one tuner might be better than another or have more experience).
Additionally, new features come out from Uprev that people may want to take advantage of which could require a re-tune.
1st and Eighties Meta like this.

Much of the EcuTek tuning is being done remotely with owners submitting logs to have the tune refined better and better. The good EcuTek tuners are doing the updates and retuning for free.
