There's the Standard cord, or a Tuner cord. The standard cord carries 1 license compared to the Tuner that carries I believe up to 5. The Standard is used a shop, where the Tuner can be used at the shop for the tune, but can also be edited at home right from a computer.
There is only one version of Osiris. Uprev is the company. There are several versions of osiris cables, standard--which only lets you flash premade tunes and datalog/check and clear codes, tuner--which allows you to tune the car yourself, and protuner--which can hold multiple licenses and are the ones authorized protuner shops have. Both standard and tuner version cables can only hold 1 license.

When you go to a shop and get tuned they just flash the license directly onto your ecu from their protuner cable, so you do not get a cable of your own unless you buy it separately.
