Bolt ons and then tune.
Generally no need for a tune when bone stock except for maps, fan control and rev/speed limiter. With bolt ons you are putting more air in and out of your engine which messes with the afr on the stock tune. The main reason for a tune is to get the engine running at a steady afr to prevent damage and increase power. There are of course other reasons but this is the reason to get it.
