Default UPREV tuning question from noob: ECON??

what does the "Econ map" do when you get an uprev flash.

I plan to install five maps in combo some bolt on's next week:
1 stock
2 Tuned on dyno (expect +30 whp and +2-3 lbs TQ)
3 Econ (but have no idea how this on would work or what it will do)
4 valet
5 anti start/security (for sitting out in a parking lot or something)

I know there is a ton of uprev Gurus on here and would love a little technical insight and perhaps predictions of results.

right now I get 31.5 MPG on highway with cruise set to 65 (before all mods planed below and shown in my sig...) what do you all think I can expect 65 MPG perhaps???
