I've heard that the dealer can see a last "flashed" date but I can't confirm that 100%. Seems reasonable to think that they would be able to tell when the

I've heard that the dealer can see a last "flashed" date but I can't confirm that 100%. Seems reasonable to think that they would be able to tell when the ECU ROM was edited.
In theory though they won't be able to prove you had a tune. |
