The thing is.. it makes it so you don't have to floor the pedal to get 100% throttle (Drive-by-wire sucks) but that DOES NOT get rid of the "hesitation" even with VDC off. I don't know how Hypertech did it with their module without full control of VVEL, but my car no longer suffers from this problem.
