AKI is used in the US. not sure about Panama but the rating system should be listed on the pump... but it's probably RON. conversion is supposedly RON * 0.95

conversion is supposedly RON * 0.95 = AKI. so 95 RON = 90.25 AKI and 91 RON = 86.45 AKI. as for an e-tune based on 91 AKI, should be OK as e-tunes are probably not as aggressive as a tune on your actual car (though this depends on the tuner/customer preference). i think it would be safe to ask for an e-tune based on 91 AKI if you inform Uprev about your specific situation... possibly build in more of a safety margin than a normal 91 AKI e-tune? |
