Just wondering, but is the VVEL ECU truly a separate unit? If so, has anyone thought about unplugging the Nismo one and plugging it into a non-nismo Z to see

If so, has anyone thought about unplugging the Nismo one and plugging it into a non-nismo Z to see if it affects output on a dyno?

Yes, a bit of a PITA... but really, if it just unplugs from a couple of connectors like any other ECU, it's really not THAT hard to test out...

Anyone feeling adventurous
