it's cool but the main thing so far as the vvel tuning and gains goes is if the ecu is tunned to open the vvel to it's maximum angle or

it's cool but the main thing so far as the vvel tuning and gains goes is if the ecu is tunned to open the vvel to it's maximum angle or not, and at what degrees off cam timing it is allowed to do this. due to the nature of the beast on this one if the valves are open to far at the wrong time you may hit the piston so there is mechanical limitations to the amount of lift and timing that can be acheived.
