Default UpRev tune and high oil temps

So to begin I have some results from the uprev tune that can be interpreted a couple different ways I guess. My car baseline dyno'd 255 hp with bolt ons consisting of K&N short ram intakes, Fast Intentions HFC and CBE 18". pretty low from what I've seen on the forum. But after the UpRev it picked up 33 hp and 30 lb ft of torque. Those results seem pretty ridiculous to me since most people are picking up between 6-10 hp with the tune. 288 hp after the bolt ons and the tune? Is my car weaker than the rest or is it the dyno? And could I have picked up the big gains because the tuner was running a higher AFR than he should be at WOT? So today I took it out for the first time and drove it hard... like i stole it. I have never once had my oil temp get past 200-210 max before and today I pegged at around 230. Could that be caused by the tune and an unsafe AFR? Just wondering... lots of $$$ invested in this car and I wanna be able to drive it safely.
