Cable License Error 00 (UpRev)

I'm fairly certain you don't have a reflash license. The ARC license is an upgrade that unlocks so additional features, you still need a reflash license to flash the ECU.

I'm fairly certain you don't have a reflash license. The ARC license is an upgrade that unlocks so additional features, you still need a reflash license to flash the ECU. Connect to ECU with Rom Editor and post a screenshot of what it shows and I can confirm for you
