Since the problem is recurring, I suspect something electrical. Check all wiring for VVEL and related circuits. Check grounding for all components. Or the module replacement was not done properly.

Since the problem is recurring, I suspect something electrical. Check all wiring for VVEL and related circuits. Check grounding for all components.
Or the module replacement was not done properly. There's always the chance that you are just unlucky and the replacement module has gone bad.
