I believe that shoulder harnesses must be mounted to a bar that is shoulder level. In other words, the harnesses must go straight back once they go over your shoulder.

I believe that shoulder harnesses must be mounted to a bar that is shoulder level. In other words, the harnesses must go straight back once they go over your shoulder. They cannot be anchored at an incline or any more than a minimal decline.
